Patsy, La - more Limas

Misc.

Someone from the South would certainly know her beans!
Growing up in Oregon, the only beans my Mom ever cooked were Navy.
When I married a man from Arkansas I learned quick about Pintos (his favorite)
and Black Eye Peas.
In our area (and according to Websters Dictionary) Butter beans are dried limas.
Whatever they're called and whatever type, they're darn good eatin'! (Of
course, there are people that can't gag them down.)
Thanks for your input. It's always fun to hear of the different ways of people
in different parts of the country.
