mine is electric but you can't set the oven cleaning for the time you want it
to clean ....I mean for how long ..... is this a new feature? I also scrub my
racks in the tub after letting them ferment? in a garbage bag out on the porch
tied shut with a bowl of amonia inside. the crud comes right off the next day!!
