Peach Butter from the peelings

Yesterday we put up peaches & made peach butter out of the skins. It's so easy & very frugal. The skins are just loaded with pulp. Its amazing how much pulp you can get out of whats left on the peeling after cutting them off the peach. It was so delicious & fresh tasting.
