Hi Barb,
I was in Pa. visiting a friend,and his wife got me hooked on this dish.
If it's not the one you are looking for ,try it anyway.You can't go wrong.
If you don't like it ,I'll come over and eat it!!!!

2.5 to 3 lb.. potatoes..
1lb. of velvette cheese
lag. noodles 1 box
well greased 9x13 pan
onions how every many you want.
butter.
mash the potatoes and add the cheese, and 1 stick of butter.
make the noodles and lay them on a towel to dry.
place a layer of noodles on the bottom of the pan, then cover with the
potatoes. place another layer of noodles and cover with potatoes. place
a final layer of noodles on top of the potatoes and cover with saut
onions, cover with tin foil. bake in oven for 45 min at 350.
you can also try some garlic in the potatoes while mashing them.
