ISO: need recipe! (Lazy Perogies)

Misc.

My friend's Grandma made a casserole one night when I was there, I'm sure it was called Lazy Perogies, or something close to it. It had lasagna noodles layer with mashed potatoes, etc.
Does anyone have this recipe?????
Thank you!
I have been craving it for about 2 years now!

Barb.
