QUESTION FOR GINA

Misc.
Hello Gina:
Well, today I tried my hands on cuban food. Picadillo came out good but potato is still hard. Is it suppose to be hard?? The Nelson's black beans came out half done (burn at the bottom) even with a pressure cooker. I was wondering whether it is the pressure cooker temperature. I just got a electric one. Please advise me. Thank you.
