Patsy - I don't know the answer to your question --- however,if I was 'guessing' I'd say 'no'.

But untl 4/14 Lora Brody has a message board here - and she is EXCELLENT with baking - why don't you put your question on her board? I've gotten so many good bread and baking tips from her books. Just an idea.
