Raspberry Cream Freeze

I came across this simple recipe for raspberries. Since you picked so
many I thought I would include it.

Raspberry Cream Freeze
1 pint of raspberries
Sugar to taste
1/2 pint of whipping cream

Wash the berries crush them lightly and flavor to taste with sugar.
Whip the cream until stiff but not buttery and fold into the berries.
Turn into an ice tray or container that fits in the freezer. Freeze until
firm. Serve.
