Re: about that juice in that VitaMixer...

Are you sure that you are processing the stuff long enough to totally liquefy it? Sometimes it takes a while, especially with carrots. And I find that it liquefies better with less water. My fave is a peeled carrot or two with a couple of oranges and maybe a ripe bananna, 1/2 cup water and some ice cubes, and process till very smooth! If the stuff is too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time till it mixes freely.
