re: Amish Strawberry flavored Angel Food Cake

Where I grew up, to be honest, they just added some fruit flavored gelatin powder to the cake when making it. It does come out a bit sticky on the outside because of the gelatin, but I don't think they generally glazed it. It sounds awful, but it's really good.
