re: Beef Stew (crock pot) question

Misc.
Thank you for pointing that out Pete, you are right and I've made the correction in the recipe.

Happy Cooking!

Betsy

In reply to:

Pardon my stupidity, but I am new to the crock pot world, after a fairly recent divorce.
My question is, in the recipe it says to cook on high for 10-12 hours or on low 5-6 hours. Is that correct or should that be reversed, like on low 10-12 hours and high 5-6 hours? Something is telling me that it should cook on low for a longer period of time, than on high. Is the recipe correct or is it just me? Pete
