VEGETABLES AU GRATIN
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 (4.7 oz) box Betty Crocker Au Gratin Potatoes (dry mix)
2 1/4 cups water
2/3 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, drained and sliced
1 (2 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
Rinse frozen peas under cold running water to separate; drain.
Heat all ingredients to boiling in a 10-inch skillet, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings
