Recipe(tried): Beef Stew (crock pot)

Just made this this week!

Crock Pot Beef Stew

1 to 1 1/2 pounds stew beef (I buy any cut on sale and chunk it myself)

Shake cubed beef in plastic bag of flour seasoned with salt and pepper.

Add to a crock pot with as many vegetables as you prefer:
onions
carrots
potatoes, etc.

Then for the seasonings add:
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. ground allspice

Then I add a jar of fat-free beef gravy, rinsing out the jar with approx. 1/4 cup red wine.

Cook on low 6-8 hours.
