Misc.Yes you let it cool in the pan for one hour, after that Its put face up exactly how it sits in the pan. I tried another version using walnuts it was ok but the pecans just seem to set the cake off. The sauce you poor over the top I just boil it enough to get the Alchol out of it. Not only is this cake very good its very pretty when its done. I also use a angel food cake pan it makes it easier instead of the all in one funnel cake pan. Either way its still very good.
