re: BlackBerry wine Cake

Yes you let it cool in the pan for one hour, after that Its put face up exactly how it sits in the pan. I tried another version using walnuts it was ok but the pecans just seem to set the cake off. The sauce you poor over the top I just boil it enough to get the Alchol out of it. Not only is this cake very good its very pretty when its done. I also use a angel food cake pan it makes it easier instead of the all in one funnel cake pan. Either way its still very good.

If you have any other questions feel free to write. Let me know how you like it.. I make this cake so much (requests from differnt things going on in my life) I thought I would share it/.
