ISO: Blackberry Wine Cake - Question for Laura -

Very interesting recipe, Laura - I'm assuming you let the cake sit IN THE PAN for that hour, with the sauce poured over it in the pan? When you remove it from the pan, which side do you put facing up? With the pecans on the bottom and sauce on the top, or tipped upside down the other way -
