Misc.Hi, Cindy. I've owned a couple of bread machines and the basic cycles are pretty much the same. You put the wet ingredients in the bucket first and the dry ingredients on top, ending with the yeast. Do not allow the salt and the yeast to touch, however, if you are using the delayed bake cycle. You can try contacting the manufacturer for a replacement manual. They often have them. The best bread machine cookbook I have found is The Bread Machine Cookbook Donna Rathmell German (click here), published in 1991 by Bristol Publishing Enterprises, Inc. of San Leandro, California.
