Re: Brownie Mix Desserts

Misc.

The recipe that won $10,000 in dessert category at the recent Pillsbury Bake Off - Brownie Souffle Cake with Mint Cream is DELICIOUS. I am NOT a mint fan but when served it - it was great. The Mint cream is REALLY great with white chocolate melted in it! The gal who served this said she'd probably use the full 1 cup whipping cream if making again. The brownie itself (before you put the cream on) looks like nothing! However, I've heard lots of great comments and it is easy. I guess (since I'm not fond of mint - I'd probably put some Amaretto in it and sprinkle with almonds if/when I make it!)
And to Lori - your dessert sounds great - keep trying - don't know if you've ever been to the Bake Off but it is SO MUCH fun! Memories forever!
