A quick way to add some zing to a packaged brownie mix is to stir in 2 or 3
Tablespoons of freshly grated orange rind

OR

About 1/4 to 1/3 cup of frambois. When I do this, I stir in some frozen raspberries if I have them. It's wonderful in mid-winter.
