re: Browning Chicken

I use Pam (or a comparable brand) of cooking spray. Spray a generous amount in the cold pan. Add the meat to the cold pan and then set the heat to medium - medium low. Stay by the pan and wiggle the pieces from time to time between turning them. Hope this helps.
