re: Canner for Smooth-Top Stove

Misc.
I recently got a smooth-top stove too. I already had a Presto 18 qt. pressure canner, and was happy to find that it works well with the new stove. The bottom part of the canner (the part that comes into contact with the burner at least) has a flat, smooth aluminum bottom, which is perfect for the smooth top-stove.
