re: canning recipes

Misc.
There are recipes here if you type in the search box, also go to www.homecanning.com for good instructions and recipes. It is the Ball canning website. Also are many good university websites with good, safe recipes to follow. This is one of my favorite sites:
http://www.msue.msu.edu/msue/imp/mod01/master01.html
I would recommend the current issue of the Ball Blue Book, about $5 at Walmart and other stores. I hear they have a brand new edition, and I can't wait to buy one.
