Hi Lynn,

One thought I had is to mix one can cream of chicken soup with 1/2 cup chicken broth, season as you like, and mix in about 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken. This is so GOOD! This is based on my chicken pot pie recipe, but you might be able to use these proportions for your sandwiches. This mixture will be somewhat runny after cooking, so if you want a thick mixture, begin with 1/4 cup chicken broth and increase as you see fit. Those sandwiches sound so good, I think I will try this myself!
