Request hot chicken sandwich recipes

Misc.

I'm looking for a recipe for hot chicken mixture that you serve hot on buns. I have had these at food stands in the past in our area. They are usually served in large roaster ovens. They seen to be cooked, shredded chicken with broth or a chicken soup mixed in for flavor. They are delicious and would love to make them for a large event coming up in the near future.
