RE: Christmas dessert

Have you thought about English Trifle? You could do big ones in glass sided bowls or make up individual ones. They are rather inexpensive to make but deliscious. You could also do creme brulee but it might be a bit more work at the end to caramelize them and chill them again. Good Luck!
