re: citrus in cranberry conserve

Misc.
The citrus is part of the safety of it. Also, cranberries are acidic, and also the sugar helps preserve it.
I think the recipe sounds wonderful ! Please let me know if you make it. I would enjoy hearing your comments.
I wish I could make more recipes, but I can't try them all. I am working on it,though !
