SCALLOPED CORN
1 (16 ounce) can Food Club Golden Cream Style Corn
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1 cup coarse cracker crumbs
Buttered bread or cracker crumbs (optional, for topping)
Combine corn and milk; heat to lukewarm.
Stir in remaining ingredients except buttered crumbs. Pour into greased 10x6-inch baking dish. If desired, top with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees F about 35 minutes or until set.
Makes 6 servings
