Gary,
You can find Morton's Tender Quick in your grocery store where they keep
the spices. It is near the regular table salts. Morton Salt is the company
that sales it. It is a meat cure and comes in a blue 2lb. bag. Looks like
I think the round container of Morton's Salt. I think I paid around $2.50
