Re: Fried green tomatoes

I don't have a real recipe, but this is the way my Mom made them.

Slice tomatoes 1/4 in thick
First dip them in some flour and shake off excess.
Secomd, dip them in a beaten egg.
Third dip them in some Italian flavored bread crumbs.
Fry in a small amount of oil until golden brown, drain on some paper towels.
