I did a wedding receiption last year for 200
and the chicken/bochilli recipe went over the
best. cooked chicken, steamed brochilli, rice,
cream of chichen soup, mayo, curry, with cheese
and breadcrumbs on top. Bake Very Good and
Easy. Can also be prepared ahead.
