Recipe: Pepsi and Pork (using cream of mushroom soup) (crock pot)

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
PEPSI AND PORK

1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
12 oz Pepsi
2 tbsp soy sauce
12 oz pork roast (uncooked, sliced)

Mix the soup, Pepsi and soy sauce together in the bottom of the crock pot. Place the pork in the mixture.

Cover and slow cook on medium or high for 4 to 6 hours. At this temperature your meat will be very tender. (If you desire a rib-like look and consistency then cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.)
