Re: Help! with canning green olives

Misc.

I have been curing and canning green olives for over ten years using the method printed by Sunset Magazine. You can call their office in No. California at 650-321-3600 to recieve a copy. It sounds as if you have not been curing the olives first. I am well known for my garlic and fresh herb olive, recipe doctored from the Sunset article. Good luck.
