Re: Information Needed for Waffle Iron

A newspaper cooking column had that query. The reply was that when the waffle stops steaming, it's done. Works for me.

Those little lights drive me batty. I never remembe which on-off means what. Can't tell you how many times I opened the waffle iron and tore the waffle right in half. Waiting for the steaming to stop is suppossed to work for all waffle irons, they said.
