re: Lazlos Chicken Tortilla Soup

I do not have the recipe for this but I worked in one of the listed resturants for several years and I can tell you this--
The broth is made of puree tortillas, chicken base and water. The spice is from Chili powder and there is a little cayenne. Also, there is cilantro and yellow onion also pureed. The chicken is sliced and added after the broth mix has been pureed. Avacado is added in the bottom of the bowl and shredded jack and cheddar cheese and tortilla strips are added on top.
