You may not find a low calorie trail mix because almonds and such (most ingredients in trail mixes) are calorie dense. Meaning they have a large amount of calories for their size. As long as you have a good balance of protein, carbs and fat your snack should be healthy for you. Protein burns calories to digest.
This website (Nutrition Data) has the calorie information for just about anything. It will also calculate the nutrition data for your receipes.
