Recipe(tried): Fruit & Honey Granola
Breakfast and BrunchTry this one. 1 cup honey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
31/2 cups oatmeal 3 cups dried fruit
3/4 cup whole peanuts (raisins, dates, apples,etc.)
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
In large bowl, mix all together except dried fruit. Spread onto cookie sheet
and bake 300 degrees for about 30 min. Let cool slightly and stir in fruit.
Break up clumps and store in an airtight container. Good with cereal or on
yogurt!
