Re: Low-fat chocolate chip cookies

Thank you so much. I tried making the cookies with apple sauce and even though my love of my life said they were great, I have to admit that they were pure mush....yuck!!!! I can see that this will take time re: experimenting. I appreciate the suggestion,,,,,,,,, E.
