re: Magic Bullet Blender - Other reviews not so favorable

I have been using my Magic Bullet for 5 years now. We got a 2 for 1 special, and haven't opened the second one yet. It does take some practice to get the recipes right, but once you have that down, you can use it for everything from grinding coffee to making baby food. Two things we go through a lot of.

We also use it for smoothies, making pancakes, omelets, dips, salsa, and with its juicer attachment (which does work, but we get better results from a juicer) my wife enjoys several mixed fruit and vegetable drinks.

It sits with respect on our kitchen counter, ever ready. And it does get used quite a bit.

If this one ever decides to wear out, and we go through the second... We will be upgrading to the newest model. It is more powerful, or so I have heard. But, why fix something that isn't broke? We are happy with the one we have.
