Recipe(tried): Magic Bullet Blender Quick and Cheesy Tortilla Filling - love mine
SandwichesI have had my Magic Bullet Blender now for 2 months. After reading some of the negative reviews, I felt I had to respond. I LOVE mine, along with my hubby and 3 kids. We use it daily, if not 2 or 3 times each day. It is so simple, my 9 yr old daughter uses it to make herself slushies. You do have to read the book to learn how to chop up certain foods without making the mush, and once u get the hang of it, it is great. I have included a recipe i used today for lunch, but I added a couple of ingredients... it took 10-12 seconds in the bullet, then 1 minute it the microwave, and it was awesome:
cubed cheese(about 10-12 pieces)
small amount green and red peppers
put in blender and chop
I also added:
one garlic clove and some onion
Put blended food into tortilla shell, on one half, foldover, put in microwave for about 1 minute and enjoy.
This unit is so awesome, I haven't even looked at my blender since I bought it. Also, I have never tried the juicer, but if you watch the infomercial, it says to use only soft fruits and veggies and nothing hard like carrots...anyways, enjoy!!!
