re: Make ahead turkey gravy

I made the recipe - it was easy. Beware! Do not chill it, covered, on a high table, outside, by your back door. We think that a racoon scooped some of it last night and I had to throw it down the drain! It smelled wonderful!!!! Next year it will chill in the refrigerator!
