Recipe: Glazed Cinnamon-Raisin Drop Biscuits (using biscuit mix)

GLAZED CINNAMON-RAISIN DROP BISCUITS

FOR THE BISCUITS:
2 1/4 cups Bisquick Original baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
FOR THE GLAZE:
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon warm water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

Stir all ingredients for the biscuits together until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 8 spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.

Stir all ingredients for the glaze together until smooth. Spread Glaze over warm biscuits. Serve warm.

High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 475 degrees F. Decrease granulated sugar to 1 Tbsp. Bake 9-11 min.
