re: Making the rounds

Thanks, Betsy...the thought of making separate "rounds" did occur to me. But is it really necessary to create them separately? Can't I simply place a layer of crust mixture on "top" of the cheesecake batter, and let it bake, along with the rest of the mini cheesecake? After all, the batter itself will be sitting on a layer of crust mixture that's lining the opening in the pan.
