Clarissa--Thanks for the info about the Marmelade Cake. I felt sure Jan Karon had been asked about it many times, but I had never heard anything she said about it. I even subscibed to the newsletter hoping to find a recipe! Well, the mystery is solved. I will look for the magazine and continue doing my own experiments. Thanks again......
