VANILLA FROSTING
1/2 cup margarine or butter
pasteurized egg product to equal 1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 cups powdered sugar
3 to 4 Tbsp. milk (as needed)
In a bowl beat together the margarine, egg and vanilla till light and fluffy.
Stir in the powdered sugar. Beat in the milk, 1 Tbsp. at a time, till desired spreading consistency is reached.
Makes 3 cups
