re: Melting Chocolate

Meijers and WalMart sell Almond Bark white chocolate in large bars. This chocolate melts really great...use it for pretzels, cakes, candies...good stuff, cheap and tasty...Melt it over double boiler, heat has to be low or chocolate will burn and thicken...Good Luck...Marissa
