Re: Mexican sausage

Hi royrags, I posted a real good recipe (scroll down to spanish rice) also it is really good, first take out of casing and fry med. heat so you don't over brown, drain real good and beat eggs up and pour into the sausage and scramble together (like scramble eggs) if you like onions add &/or green peppers etc. It is really good. Use to use Mexican sausage a lot in CA. only certain mkt. carry it in Hot Springs Village. It comes in Pork and Beef sausage. Like to know if you try the rice recipe or the scrambled eggs. Bye
