re: Moss Cake - I would like to try & help you.

Good afternoon. I think in some degree... can this be a "ANGEL FOOD CAKE" ????. It sounds like it can be a variation of one. Ask your DH if this cake is similar to one. As far as I know Carol, There is no such cake known as a "MOSS" cake. This label may have been given to a angel food recipe that was tweaked somewhat by Grandma Moss some many years ago in the Mid-West somewhere. If I can help I will but try to get more information on the appearance as well as the taste. Good luck & have a nice day young lady.
