Recipe: Catering Luncheon for 40 - Recipes and Ideas

I don't know if you'd rather serve hot or cold foods or if you want to serve buffet style or preportioned lunches, but I included a link to some recipes below (many are dinner dishes but maybe you'll find something interesting).
This time of year a selection of hot soups with a vegetarian selection included would be good with an assortment of breads (muffins, rustic bread, rolls, crackers, breadsticks) and toppings (croutons, shredded cheese, etc.). Maybe a salad bar or tossed salad along with it. Fruit crisp or cobbler and pie would be good for dessert along with an assortment of fresh fruits for those that can't eat sweets.
