Hey there Elly!
Just for your info, all oil contains the same fat content: 14 grams of fat per tablespoon. It's the saturated fat content that varies. Some claim that certain oils are better for you. I like to agree with Dean Ornish on this subject- no oil is good for you. It all contains fat, and the disadvantages of oil outweigh(literally) the advantages. Just thought you might like to know!
