Re: olive burgers

I love olives, and I never heard of olive burgers. I did a little web surfing to investigate. From what I can tell, they are just regular hamburgers topped with sliced green olives. I found one recipe for a sauce used to top burgers that mixes equal parts of chopped pimento-stuffed olives with mayonnaise and enough Worcestershire sauce to make the sauce beige.
It sounds as if this may be a regional way to eat burgers.
