Recipe(tried): Olive burgers
SandwichesADVERTISEMENT
Several years ago (10-12)I would make what I called olive burgers. The basics were simple take green stuffed olives and coasely chop. Add olives and a small amount of the olive brine to your ground beef. Add other spices according to taste but be careful not to overpower the olive flavor. Cook according to your taste. I realize this is not a recipe so much as it is a guideline. The point is to take the concept develope it for yourself. I haven't made this in years but now that youv'e made me think of it I believe i will this week. Let me know how it went.
